The 2-part union of : Stella & Edmund :

"Hey there! Our wedding is happening twice in a month's time and we haven't planned for anything, help!"

Wait, what? Those weren't the exact words, but it was somewhere along those lines. We received a text, seemingly out of the blue from Stella and Ed, friends of Corrinne, who also happen to be a good friend of ours.

Originally planning for their destination nuptials in Bali, an extended circle of relatives require that plans be modified to accommodate everyone. And so, the plan of a 2-part wedding began to take shape with the first part held in Singapore, and subsequently, in Bali after.

Stella and Edmund, both easy going and laid back, soon found themselves bombarded with a vast array of choices. Before the wedding is through, there will be vendors to be hired and locations to be finalised. Getting married in the 21st century is a task of epic proportions. With this backdrop in mind, we were excited to bits that they entrusted us with executing visuals for their happily-ever-after.

Being invited to play an important role in their big day, alongside people who are part of our close knit circle of friends, made the occasion especially memorable for us too.

And now, pictures!

Faced with the choice of either hosting the dinner reception indoors or outdoors, the couple decided to go with the intimate settings inside the chapel. Lighted bulbs hanging down from the ceiling and a giant cloth to add depth and texture, the venue seemingly glows with warmth as the sun sets outside on the horizon.

Husband and Wife!

Husband and Wife!

The evening wore on, as speeches were made and wines were drunk. As the sun dipped beneath the ocean, the cool night air emerged to the smiles of happy guests, family, and friends. And this is where we give our best wishes to the joyous couple as they soak in the experience of their first of many embraces to come, as Husband and Wife.

Congratulations Stella & Edmund!
